Hi everyone, we are danish but if our future roommate aren’t, we write in English. -Me and my husband are looking for a roommate. Fred is working at Joe & the Juice and I am studying communication. It is just us two, ups and a dog, we got a cute golden retriever -We do not have any preferences according to gender and age, just write to me and we will figure something out. -The room is available from when it suits you -The room is 7 minutes by bike to CBS and 5 minutes walk to the nearest grocery store. 10 minutes walk to the mall etc. -The apartment is a total of 230 square meters you will have access to it all, that is why the monthly payment is 5000. -The apartment is newly renovated -The rent include everything (wifi, channels, etc)
