Hello everyone! my current roommate has to move to a new country, That's why I'm looking for the right tenant in advance, apartment is a 2 Bedroom and each room with private bathroom. 102 square meters apartment which we rented brand new the last December.

Apartment Is located in elektronikvej 1, Brøndby 2605
- Move in date: 19th January, can possibly be sooner
- 4 minutes by bike from Glostrup str where also the shopping center is.
- 5 minutes from Netto, Super Brugsen, pharmacy and Fitness world
CPR registration is available.

You will be sharing the apartment with me Keyla 27, from Glasgow and presently i spend most of my days at the contract research company.
I am looking for someone who understand privacy and also socialize when needed, of course we have to respect closed doors and we both have to contribute to keeping the common areas tidy and clean.
I simply value others’ privacy, emotions, and well-being. In my free time, I’m an active reader and coffee/food enthusiast, I also recognize and value that roommates need privacy and independence and I am very mindful of this
I am not the owner of the apartment so i will direct you to the real owner to sort out contracts
Rent is 6545dkk and includes all utilities: heating, electricity, water and wifi.
Refundable security deposit is 2 month rent for short term and 3 month rent for Long term rent.
