About the place: I am renting out a room in a bright apartment on the fifth floor in a modern Sydhavn building and close to the water, some restaurant options, a Netto, and the Supermarco. It is also very close to a bus stop and soon-to-open subway station. The apartment has two bedrooms, a spacious living room, large bathroom, a kitchen and a balcony. The rented bedroom is bit under 10 m2 but there is also place for a desk in the common room. The apartment is furnished for common use and basic furnishings for the room (bed, office chair, table, closet) are also available if desired. The rent is 7500 kr/month + utilities (which make up around 600 kr/month altogether including heat, water, electricity and internet access) and there is one month deposit. About me: I am a 30-year old working professional, employed in a deeptech startup. I like board games, books, art, DnD, science, dark chocolate and coffee. I live quite a quiet life, leaving early in the morning to go to the gym before work and often coming late in the evenings. Even though I am not home that much, when I am, I enjoy interacting with my flatmate, so I am not looking just to rent out a bedroom to a stranger but rather to find someone to share my apartment with.
