It takes 18 minutes by metro to reach Nørreport station from the apartment. The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a building located on a quiet street. The room will be furnished as shown in the renders (I tried to make them as realistic as possible :-) ). Apartment has 3 rooms and 2 balconies, and it’s organized in a way so we both have our own private space + rooms that we share. Apartment consist of: - my room - your room - furnished, with the access to your balcony, singe bed which can be unfolded as a double bed, sofa, tv, coffee table, writing desk with the chair, big open wardrobe with drawers and racks, small wardrobe with shelves) - guest room (you can use this room when family/friends visit you) - dinning room (share) - kitchen (share) - with all appliances stove, oven, refrigerator and freezer, microwave, air fryer, washing machine - bathroom (share) * Rent: 7000 DKK per month (water, heating, electricity, internet and sanitary supplies included) * Deposit: 7000 DKK * Move in date: 15th of February (+/- few days) * Cpr available If you are a kind, responsible, and positive person and can see yourself as my roommate, feel free to reach out with a little about yourself.
